DOCTORAL CANDIDATES

Important Dates:

• Last Day to Rent Online: Monday, April 6, 2020
• First Day Rental Pick Up: Monday, May 11, 2020
• Doctoral Ceremony: Saturday, May 16, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. in the Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre

Rental customers can retrieve their regalia after May 14^th at the following dates, times and locations:

• Friday, May 15, 2019: 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. @ Kilbourn Hall Lobby, Eastman School of Music
• Saturday, May 16, 2019: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. @Kilbourn Hall Lobby, Eastman School of Music
• Sunday, May 17, 2019: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. @ Wilson Commons, River Campus, Room # 407

All Rentals left at the bookstore after 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2020, will be available for pickup before your ceremony.

After your ceremony, please RETURN REGALIA to the Bookstore by May 26, 2020!

**Please note group orders will not be accepted.  Only one complete package may be purchased per order.**
